Vakko Chocolate goes through two to three times more processes compared to ordinary chocolate. Every effort is made to attain the highest quality: cacao seeds are roasted, the bitter taste of cacao oil is purged, the mixture is conched for at least 72 hours to attain the ideal texture, the chocolate paste is prepared and pralines are meticulously hand-crafted.
