DELIVERY PROCEDURE

Standard Delivery

In the standard delivery option, your order will be delivered by Yurtici Cargo and MNG Cargo to the address you provide. Shipping is free for orders of 1.000 TRY or more, and 39.90 TRY for orders below 1.000 TRY.

Returns can be made free of charge through Yurtici Cargo or MNG Cargo.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return products purchased from Vakko Online Shop within 30 days (1 month) of the date of purchase. You must present your invoice to be able to return products. You may also exchange your product in store with a different item of the same value or request an exchange card.

Returns or exchanges cannot be made unless the delivery slip or invoice belonging to your purchase is presented. Products must be returned unused, in their original packages, and in the same condition they were delivered, with all accessories and components intact.

You can return your items free of charge with Yurtici Cargo or MNG Cargo.

Products purchased from Vakko Online Shop can only be exchanged in store. If there is no Vakko store near you, you may fill out the return form found on the back of the delivery slip that was sent to you with your products and ship your products to our return address.
