Return & Exchange Conditions
You may return products purchased from Vakko Online Shop within 30 days (1 month) of the date of purchase to the Vakko store nearest to you. Items purchased from Vakko Online Shop can be exchanged in Vakko stores. Products purchased from the Outlet section of Vakko Online Shop can be exchanged only at Outlet stores.
Items that are used, whose original packaging is damaged, or that are not in fully re-salable condition will not be accepted for return. You must present the original invoice belonging to your item(s) and its copies to be able to request a return. Items without an invoice will not be accepted for return.
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for cosmetics, food, evening dresses, underwear, jewelry, accessories, wedding dresses, and bridal accessories. Swimwear sub-group products are exchanged and returned within 14 days, provided that the hygiene label has not been removed. For product returns for which the sales invoice is issued corporately, a return invoice must be issued to us. Products for which a return invoice is not issued cannot be processed.
If you want to return the product you purchased, you can request a refund by selecting the relevant order on the "My Account > My Orders" page. The shipping fee for the product you want to return is covered by our company. For free return shipping, you must send it through our contracted cargo company, in line with the information provided to you by the system after you create your return request. For shipments other than our contracted cargo company, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer, and shipments paid by the buyer are not accepted.

Returns cannot be made unless the delivery slip, printed invoice, or exchange card belonging to your purchase is presented. Products must be returned unused, with their original packages and tags, and in the same condition they were delivered, with all accessories and components intact.
Returned items will be inspected by authorized personnel for deformities or damages caused by misuse. If the products are approved, your refund will be issued to your credit card within 10 business days of our receipt of the products. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been approved. If your return is not approved after inspection, you will be notified of the reason and the product(s) you sent for return will be delivered back to your shipping address.
